1. Refund Policy Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds are available for credit purchases. We may update this policy from time to time.

✓ 3-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase if you have not used any of the purchased credits.

2. When Refunds Are Available

Eligible for Refund:

To qualify for a full refund, all of the following must be true:

  • Request made within 3 days of purchase
  • No credits from the pack have been used
  • Account in good standing

Not Eligible for Refund:

✗ Refunds Not Available

  • Requests made after 3 days
  • Any credits have been used (even partially)
  • Free or promotional credits
  • Expired credits
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations
  • After initiating a bank chargeback

Note: Partial refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider exceptions for technical issues, duplicate charges, or major service outages. Contact us to discuss special circumstances.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@brandgene.io with:

  • Your transaction ID
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Brief reason for the refund request

Processing Timeline:

  • • Review: 3-5 business days
  • • Refund to your account: 5-10 business days (via Creem.io)
  • • Email confirmation sent when received and when processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to a different payment method or as account credit.

4. Important Information

⚠ Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and loss of all credits. We"re committed to resolving issues quickly—contacting us directly is usually faster than a chargeback.

⚠ Credit Expiration

Purchased credits expire monthly. Expired credits cannot be refunded or reinstated. Check your credit balance and expiration date in your account dashboard.
