You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile page. This immediately removes your account information, generated images and videos, brand profiles, campaigns, credits, and all stored files. This action cannot be undone. Payment records held by our payment processor (Creem.io) are managed independently per their own data retention policies.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our service. All data is permanently deleted when you delete your account.
